Mobil Weekend - Speakers
Simon SáfárSoftware Engineer, Google
I’ve been working at Google since 2015. My team is developing intelligent burst mode for Nexus 6P, employing image quality evaluation and movement analysis. Before, at the University of California, Merced, I published and presented my research on deep learning for image processing at international conferences.
D2 - Friday - September 23, 2016 | 15:30 - 15:55 Presentation in 25 minutes
How can we tell the difference between a bird and a tram? The answer is relatively obvious - but if we want to code all of this, it becomes more challenging than it seemed at first glance. In my presentation, I’ll explain what “deep learning” is, as well as how we can use it to solve problems like this one (and many others). I will also touch on which open sources libraries we can use and what all of this looks like in practice, even on mobile.
