Mobil Weekend - Speakers
Zoltán HavasiCEO, MOHAnet Mobilsystems Zrt.
I graduated as an electrical engineer at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Miskolc, specializing in Telecommunications. Due to the topic I chose for my thesis, I had the chance to explore the opportunities mobile technologies have to offer telemetry in depth. As a result, I successfully designed, and - with the company I founded - implemented a remote monitoring ecosystem capable of handling the remote monitoring of several areas of application in one system. I in recent expanded the scope of our applications with numerous GPRS-based solutions, which are now employed in security services, fire security, freight transport, logistics and personal monitoring systems.

MOHAnet is undertaking the latest major shift in technology: instead of unique repeaters, they produce multiple-purpose access points. The iMachine universal tool can integrate various different technologies, thus allowing for the creation of a solution perfectly matching individual needs. Its modules include bluetooth, WiFi, Zigbee, dual-SIM and modem, but new ones can also be inserted. By combining these, the iMachine can satisfy a variety of different needs. With a modem, it’s a home alarm; with two modems, a fire detector; with an RF card, it can supervise production machinery. Imagination is truly the only limit to its potential applications – the iMachine could even be used to service smart gas and electricity meters.
